Shadow Chasers Son of Angels Jonah Stone Series by Jerel Law Book Review

Summary from Goodreads:
Join part angel Jonah Stone as he faces his biggest challenge yet! Many months have passed since part angel siblings Jonah, Eliza, and Jeremiah Stone began their angelic training. As part angels, or "quarterlings," the siblings joined other children of nephilim to begin honing their special powers. In this third installment in the Son of Angels series, Jonah's story comes to resemble a modern-day Job as he's faced with trials that affect his health, strength, relationships, and most-prized possessions. As he and the other quarterlings prepare for mid-term exams, their powers are tested once again in the most fierce battle against Abaddon's forces yet. Will Jonah's faith in Elohim continue to persevere as he fights Abaddon in his hardest battle yet?

Parents today are looking for fiction that makes Christianity and the Bible exciting for their kids. This series is the first Christian answer to Percy Jackson and the Olympians, the Kane Chronicles, the Secret Series, and other middle-grade series packed with action, adventure, and supernatural fights. But the message is solidly based in Scripture, conveying God is always in control.

My Review;  This is Book 3 in the Son of Angels Series  Book 1 is Spirit Fighter............Book 2 is Fire Prophet......This is a fantasy about Jonah Stone. Book 1 finds Jonah in 7th grade just finding out that his mother is naphilm. The daughter of a fallen angel and a human. Jonah's sister Eliza must use a guardian angel's help and lots of prayers to get his mother back after she has been kidnapped. Book 2 continues Where we find them fighting fallen angels who are attacking everyone who are quarterlings, one-quarter angel.          Book 3  Shadow Chaser       Jonah, his sister Eliza and now his younger brother Jeremiah are now getting their their angelic training. They all must use their special powers against evil angelic forces known as Abaddon. The mysteries continue and Jonah must make decisions. Will he be able to continue on if he loses everything?  This is a great series for YA. Jerel Law has written a fast paced series. I give this book a 5/5. I was given this book for the purpose of a review through YA  Bound Tours. All opinions are 100% my own.
